    In October 3 1926 Prof. D.S. Aaron was born to Dr. Perinbaraj Aaron and Mrs. Mercy who belonged to the village Anandapuram. His Father served as a doctor in the army. When his sister, sarojini was two years old his mother passed away. So they both stayed with their aunty Mrs. Nallamal James and was raised there. Prof. D.S.Aaron did his early education at ooty and high school in Chennai. He tried for getting as a medical student but he joined the Department of Agriculture and studied B.Sc (Agri). In 1951, he joined as Tamilnadu Agriculture department in Tiruchendur. Due to his loyal and honesty he was promoted as the manager in a very short period of time. After working in tiruchendur he was transferred to kovilpatti and worked for some more years. Then he got married to Rev. Gell Knight daughter Mrs. Vimala Knight and blessed with two daughter and one son. In 1985 he got retired from agriculture department and also worked as a professor in madras Christian college, Chennai. During this time he came back to Anandapuram to do some social service. After Dr. Grace Aaron death he took charge as the chairman of Ranji Aaron memorial trust. This is the golden period they started building school, children home, Industrial training institute and other social activities in Anandapuram. The main thrust possessed by Prof. D.S.Aaron was “Poverty Eradication by Education”. Vocational training is also given to village women's like tailoring, Type writing and computer education. In 20th November 2009, he got into glory. Prof.D.S.Aaron, as chairman of the Ranji Aaron memorial trust played a vital role in upgrading middle school to high and Higher secondary school and donated the school to diocese. For upliftment of poor people of Anandapuram and neighbouring Villages. Now the trust has completed its 50 years.
